It is rigorously designed to protect the environment from any harmful contaminants. It is also home to a unique, cutting-edge gas-to-energy facility to further protect our environment. Come Join Our Family! Our Pioneer Crossing Landfill, located in Birdsboro, PA is currently searching for a Mechanic's Assistant/Helper due to growth!

What You Will Do:

Assist with any general maintenance on heavy equipment/onsite vehicles Support in fixing any major repairs needed in a timely manner Perform any general repairs/services on heavy equipment/onsite vehicles Complete necessary daily shop paperwork Assist in fixing any major sudden breakdowns in a timely manner to prevent delay in operations Help onsite of the landfill when needed with driving truck, landscaping, etc. Special projects and other job duties as assigned.

You Have/You Are:

At least 18 years of age A comfort level working in all weather outdoors and ability to work indoors The ability to work every other Saturday (required) and overtime A valid driver's license Driving both commercial and non-commercial vehicles Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills. Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
