Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities at the direction of the Maintenance Director. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to diagnose malfunctions
• Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Ability to work well with others
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
