Job Description
Multi-building apartment complex needs a skilled assistant with experience for apartment prep and maintenance. Complexes are in both Easton, PA and Bethlehem, PA. Candidate will be required to work at complexes in both towns. Candidates with experience in painting, tiling, carpentry, electrical & plumbing preferred. Must have the ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, lift up to 50lbs and walk grounds in all weather conditions. In this role you will be essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of residential properties. You will report to the Facilities Manager and use your skills to renovate vacant apartments and perform general maintenance. Candidates will periodically have on call responsibilities and perform snow removal in winter. Driver's license and access to a vehicle required. Candidate must live within 30 minutes of either Easton or Bethlehem.
