Role:
Assists Environmental Services Director in the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department.
Responsibilities:
Assists in the management of the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department. Performs general maintenance duties such as painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, carpet cleaning, etc., as assigned. Assists in the maintenance of the Environmental Services Log and completes all work orders in a timely fashion. Works in a motor vehicle as required or assigned. Moves intermittently during working hours. Movement includes, but is not limited to standing, walking, sitting, pulling, lifting, reaching, carrying, pushing, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and twisting. Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and carry such weight. Is subject to frequent interruptions.
Requirements:
A High School Diploma, preferred. Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and carry such weight.
