In this co-op opportunity you will be r esponsible for the completion of apartment maintenance duties as required by service requests submitted by residents.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED

Must be a high school or college student, at least 16 years of age Currently enrolled in electrical, general carpentry, plumbing, and general building maintenance through LCCTC The ability to learn and use tools, prints and measuring instruments necessary Team-player attitude and strong attention-to-detail
