Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part Time Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities and equipment. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facilities equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building interior components. Perform minor repairs using hand tools, electrical equipment, and carpentry skills to address maintenance issues promptly. Assist with plumbing system maintenance and repairs, including leak detection and pipe repairs. Support maintenance painting projects for residential or facility interiors to uphold aesthetic standards. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations during maintenance activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests efficiently and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as manufacturing or building operations. Strong mechanical knowledge. Skilled in using hand tools, electrical equipment repair tools, plumbing tools, and maintenance painting supplies. Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear instructions and documentation. Supervising or leadership experience is a plus for coordinating tasks or guiding team members. Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Excellent communication skills while working with our housing team and tenants.
