Job Description

Property & Maintenance Technician TRACK Inc is seeking a property & maintenance technician to upkeep buildings and grounds to ensure we have safe, functional, and professionally presentable work environment. Key Responsibilities & Tasks Routine Maintenance, cleaning &
Upkeep:
Perform weekly cleaning and upkeep of the building interior and company vehicles. Ensure restrooms are cleaned daily so to always remain sanitized and presentable Execute all regular building and property maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, and ensuring the facility's interior and exterior are always in a presentable condition.
Groundskeeping & Landscaping:
Manage all grounds maintenance tasks: spring cleanup, grass seeding, lawn care (mowing), brush clearing, and landscaping/plant maintenance. Perform driveway maintenance and snow removal during winter months.
Property Enhancement:
Collaborate with the Service Manager to plan and execute short-term and long-term projects aimed at enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality of the property.
Operational Support:
Assist with the setup and cleanup for company events as needed. Support the Service Team with the preparation (pre- and post-delivery) of new and used vehicles. Prepare shipping crates for product deliveries with our vehicles or pickup by external carriers. Offer required support with packaging and shipping to the Parts and Service Departments. Conduct occasional small package (parts) deliveries (including to drop point in Canada).
Specific Requirements & Qualifications:
Prior experience as a janitor, handyman, or groundskeeper. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize short and long-term projects No restrictions on to travel to Canada on an occasional basis (for occasional courier drop off). Ability to operate basic maintenance equipment (lawnmower, loader, and power tools). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Willingness to perform office cleaning once per week after business hours. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Compensation and Benefits (TRACK Inc.)
