Job Description

Maintenance Worker Pay Rate:
$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (Hours may vary based on facility needs) Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker for one of our valued clients. This position is ideal for an individual with experience performing general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair work, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs. Conduct routine inspections of the facility and address maintenance issues promptly. Maintain the appearance and functionality of the building, grounds, and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve minor maintenance concerns as they arise. Assist with facility improvements, setup projects, and other maintenance-related tasks as needed. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance, handyman, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required. Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a clean driving record. Reliable transportation required. Flexibility to work varying hours based on facility needs.
