What You'll Do:

🔨 Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility 💡 Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues 🪜 Complete preventative maintenance tasks 🧰 Assist with room renovations and equipment repairs 🌿 Help maintain the building and grounds 😊 Respond to maintenance requests with a positive attitude and excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:

✔️ General maintenance experience preferred ✔️ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry ✔️ Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work independently ✔️ Dependable, motivated, and a team player ✔️ A heart for serving our senior residents ❤️

Essential Duties

• Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area.
• Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor no matter how minor they may be.
