Lost Treasure Golf is a Smoke Free Environment Hourly rate will be based on experience Responsible for various maintenance functions including, but not limited to, landscaping, general repairs, painting, course cleanliness, and, where applicable, train maintenance and repairs. Blow greens, sidewalks, and all concrete areas daily. Check greens daily for loose brick. Repair or replace as needed. Check carpet daily. Repair or glue if needed. Empty trash and pick daily. Keep courses neat and clean. Clean restrooms, parking lots, sidewalks, ponds, streams, etc. daily or as needed. Do daily checklists as instructed by the Manager. Notify the Manager of any problems or potential problems. Properly maintain any painted surfaces. Touch up or repaint if needed. Keep all course lighting in proper condition. Keep the grass mowed and trimmed as instructed by the Manager. Perform landscaping (weeding, planting, shrub trimming, mulching, etc.) as needed. Perform some carpentry repairs. Assist in any renovation projects. Keep rock formations properly maintained to include patching with concrete or grout as needed. Pressure wash greens, sidewalks, and all concrete areas as instructed by the Manager.
