Responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs throughout district buildings and facilities. Requires knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and building systems, along with mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and work independently or as part of a team. Must be dependable, able to lift up to 50 lbs., safely operate equipment and vehicles, and work flexible hours, including early mornings for snow and ice removal when needed. Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
