Required Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Marina Maintenance professional to join our team in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will have boating experience or knowledge and possess basic maintenance skills including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. This part-time position requires weekend availability and a hands-on approach to maintaining the marina's facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities Repair deck boards, cleats, and address any immediate maintenance issues Perform daily trash disposal to maintain cleanliness Operate company boats safely and efficiently Use the POS system for transactions and record keeping Push debris and keep the marina area clear Perform fuel pumping and pump outs for boats (both mobile and stationary) Maintain cleanliness of the ship store and docks Perform landscaping tasks to enhance the marina's appearance Preferred Skills & Experience Boating experience or knowledge Basic maintenance skills including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing Ability to operate boats and marina equipment safely Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
