URGENT HIRING

Please do not apply if you do not have property‑maintenance experience. We are seeking a reliable individual to perform interior and exterior maintenance for the hotel in accordance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, safety, and security. Position Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting , caulking , floor cleaning , plumbing , and electrical fixture repairs . Complete and update work orders as assigned. Perform minor adjustments on PTAC units , room furniture, fixtures, and other in‑room items. Carry out duties required under the company's preventative maintenance program . Report any major repair needs directly to the Hotel General Manager . Assist in other operational areas of the hotel as directed by management. Position Requirements Work schedule is not consistent and will vary based on occupancy and operational demand. Must be able to work weekends and holidays . Must have reliable personal transportation to pick up supplies from local hardware stores. Must be willing to learn and follow established maintenance procedures. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual applicants and husband‑and‑wife teams are strongly encouraged to apply. Housing Option A furnished room may be provided for the right candidate.
