Full Job Description Description:

Estrella at Seminary Apartments is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders.

Responsibilities:

Completepreventive-maintenance tasks and assigned work orders Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs Inspect units, buildings, grounds, and common areas Prepare vacant units for new residents Maintain tools, equipment, supply inventories, and maintenance records Assist with emergency repairs and promptly report major hazards Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and vendors Provide courteous service while respecting residents' privacy Follow building codes, company policies, fair-housing practices, and workplace-safety requirements

Requirements:

HVAC (EPA) certification preferred Pool certification preferred Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems
