Administrative Assistant - E-Maintenance (Temporary Assignment) Penmac Staffing is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - E-Maintenance for a manufacturing client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is computer-savvy, enjoys data entry, and can quickly learn new systems in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details Assignment Length:
Up to 3 Months (Temporary)
Pay Rate:
$20.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, flexible start time 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Location:
Tool Crib/Tool Room (Climate-Controlled Environment) Job Responsibilities Enter maintenance tickets and backlog records into the company's E-Maintenance system Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail Work closely with the maintenance team to clarify ticket information and update records Maintain electronic records and ensure data is entered correctly and efficiently Communicate professionally through email and internal systems Support maintenance operations through administrative and clerical tasks as needed Qualifications Strong computer skills and data entry experience Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly Proficient with email and general computer applications Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage large volumes of information Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to collaborate with maintenance personnel and ask questions when clarification is needed Work Environment & Dress Code Position is located inside the tool room/tool crib and is climate controlled Business casual attire Jeans are permitted Steel-toe shoes/boots are required due to walking through the manufacturing plant All other required PPE will be provided by the client Additional Requirements Must successfully complete Penmac Staffing's standard background screening process Why Apply This is a great short-term opportunity to gain experience in a manufacturing environment while supporting a critical maintenance project.
