Part-time/Weekend Maintenance Representative We go above and beyond to keep our guests' experiences on track. If you can fix it for our hotel to run smoothly, you could be the perfect match for our new Maintenance Representative role. A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Maintaining, repairing, replacing, reporting and refurbishing items around the hotel
• Taking responsibility for the safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside of the hotel
• Following the preventative maintenance calendar and looking for new ways to improve our guests' experiences
• Communicating well with your General Manager, colleagues and guests
• Being ready to step up and take on extra duties when the team needs you What we need from you
• Experience with maintenance or repair work preferred but not necessary
• A high school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, a building management program and/or any other reporting tools is a plus
• Prefer a candidate with working knowledge of building equipment, hand tools, basic plumbing, electric and preventative maintenance procedures, but will train the right candidate
• A reasonable level of fitness - you'll be on your feet most of the day, and will need to bend and kneel a lot to perform tasks
