We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong background in Sheetrock & Painting, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment homes, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Carry out general facilities maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, sheetrock repairs/finishing and minor electrical. Engage in residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic quality of facilities. Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents. Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance shops. Experience Proven experience in maintenance roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate tools and equipment safely. Familiarity with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools for electrical troubleshooting. Previous experience is a must, demonstrating leadership capabilities in a team setting. Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
