Maintenance Worker Position Overview:
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the hotel and its facilities remain in excellent condition for guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
Requirements:
Previous maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
