Maintenance personnel are responsible under the direction of the Manager for the overall maintenance of the physical property. A/C Experience a plusDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Participate in all maintenance projects concerning Property. 2. Perform light electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, outlets, switches, circuits , etc 3. Perform light plumbing duties such as cleaning stoppages, replace fittings , change water heater elements, change water heater, faucet replacement, clear sewer lines , etc... 4. Replace broken glass, tile, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, locks, shades, light roofing repairs, etc... 5. Interior and exterior painting. 6. Perform light carpentry and drywall repair and replacement (tape, floating , and acoustic replacement). 7. Assist with custodial work in common areas, including picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows, etc... 8. Perform extermination services when required. 9. Participate in emergency schedule for evening, weekend and Holiday coverage, including daily schedule of lock- up of property, resident lock-outs, and vehicle towing.
