Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Helper to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this vital role, you will support the maintenance department by assisting with a wide range of repair, installation, and facility upkeep tasks. Duties Assist with routine maintenance and repairs across various facility systems including swimming pool, basic building care and trash transfer. Use hand tools and electrical equipment to perform tasks such as basic building and plumbing repairs and painting. Help maintain facilities equipment including HVAC systems, plumbing systems and other building infrastructure. Perform maintenance painting and touch-ups to ensure the aesthetic standards of the facility are upheld. Support maintenance projects by following safety protocols, documenting work performed, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools. Strong communication skills in English to effectively follow instructions and document work details. Prior experience with carpentry, painting (including residential painting), or facilities interior maintenance is preferred. Demonstrate the ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining a customer service-oriented approach.
