Job Description
Overview A land maintenance technician, maintains outdoor spaces by mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding. Qualifications Certification to operate and handling equipment safely. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently without direct supervision. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Strong initiative and self-starter. Multi-task orientation with skills related to work prioritization. Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment. Ability to identify operational inefficiencies. Understanding of the importance of environmental and safe work practices.
