This role involves performing routine janitorial duties, and groundskeeping tasks to create a safe, attractive environment.

Duties General Housekeeping:

Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and cleaning hallways, offices and common areas.

Waste Management:

Emptying trash cans and disposing of industrial waste or general waste.

Sanitation:

Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, high-touch surfaces, and replenishing soap and paper products.

Facility Upkeep:

Washing windows, glass partitions, and walls, as well as dusting fixtures and machinery surrounds.

Grounds Maintenance:

Collecting outdoor trash, clearing walkways, and removing debris. Follow all safety procedures diligently while handling equipment or working in outdoor environments Experience Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, cleaning, facility maintenance, or a related position preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, hand tools, and grounds maintenance equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety standards.

Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
