Epic Creative Co-Op is a multi-use creative commercial campus and event venue situated on 4 acres at 701 Sawdust Road (www.epiccreativecoop.com). We take pride in maintaining an attractive, functional environment for our tenants, guests, and community. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Part-Time Property Maintenance & Event Setup Helper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and ready for events. You will assist with a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and general upkeep of the property, as well as setting up for events to create seamless and memorable experiences. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills across multiple trades while contributing to a vibrant community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Routine lawn care: mowing with a push mower, string trimming (weed eating), and leaf/debris blowing.

Event setup and breakdown:

moving and arranging folding chairs, tables, and event staging.

General campus upkeep:

emptying outdoor/indoor trash bins, sweeping walkways, and light office cleaning. Assisting with seasonal outdoor property maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior hands-on experience using a push mower, weed eater, and leaf blower. Must have reliable personal transportation (car) to commute to 701 Sawdust Rd. Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs. Punctual, honest, and dependable. Local candidates preferred due to the part-time, flexible schedule. Must be willing to consent to a formal background check. All equipment, tools, and safety gear are provided on-site.

Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
