In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including landscape care, equipment operation, and safety compliance, to create a safe, attractive, and functional environment. Your proactive approach and hands-on skills will help maintain the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces, supporting the overall success of our organization. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and gardening to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment including lawn mowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools with precision and safety Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules Identify various plants and trees to support horticultural health; apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols when necessary Conduct groundskeeping activities such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, and soil aeration to promote a pristine environment Assist with hardscape maintenance including repairs to pathways, patios, retaining walls, or other outdoor structures Follow all safety procedures diligently during outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with knowledge of grounds maintenance and landscaping practices Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, irrigation systems, and groundskeeping equipment Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, pesticide management, and lawn care techniques Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and environmental responsibility Excellent attention to detail in landscape upkeep and equipment operation Valid experience with gardening or landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, mowing, and hardscape repairs Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while enjoying a dynamic work environment that values your skills!
