Our maintenance team plays a critical role in creating a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for every guest. What You'll Do Respond to guest room and facility maintenance requests Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, equipment, and building systems Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance issues Complete inspections and work orders using company systems Assist with pool and spa operations when applicable Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds and public areas Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Follow all safety policies and procedures Provide friendly, professional service to guests and team members What We're Looking For Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or hotel engineering experience preferred Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service attitude Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work including standing, climbing ladders, bending, and working in various weather conditions Why Join Ensign Hospitality?
