Job Summary We're hiring a Maintenance Helper in Orem, UT to join a property maintenance team keeping apartment communities clean and well-kept across Utah County. This is a steady Monday-Friday role paying $20/hour — plus a $75 weekly gas stipend and performance bonuses on top of your base pay. What You'll Do Clean apartment building interiors and exteriors, including stairwells and common areas Use basic cleaning tools and supplies (bucket, brush, mop) to maintain building standards Perform touch-up painting inside apartment units during renovation turnovers Drive to multiple apartment properties throughout Utah County throughout the week Represent the company professionally while working independently at each site What You Bring Required Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle Clean driving record (MVR check required) Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Ability to communicate in English Preferred Prior experience in property maintenance, janitorial, or apartment turnover work Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Schedule & Shift Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay & Compensation $20.00 per hour $75.00 per week gas stipend Monthly or quarterly attendance and performance bonuses
