Our prestigious private club near VCU is searching for a reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will maintain the club's facilities to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our members and guests. Job duties include routine building maintenance, painting, minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs. The work includes the safe use of small hand and power tools. At least three years experience in building maintenance is preferred, along with basic repair and maintenance knowledge, strong attention to details, and good communication skills. This job will require you to lift and carry supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis, prolonged walking and standing, and full range of physical motion.
