The right Maintenance Technician Assistant will be fulfilled emotionally and intellectually with the challenges and opportunities of the day-to-day business. Fralin, Inc., a growing multi-faceted real estate developer based in Roanoke, VA. We manage over 1,400 units and several office buildings (mostly new construction) throughout southwest Virginia.

Responsibilities and essential tasks:

Perform grounds pick-up in all apartment/townhome communities including dumpster. Inspect communities for cleanliness, appearance and safety. Replace air filters. Prepare grounds for inclement weather. Assist in the turnover of rental unit to ensure move-in ready condition for new residents. Complete work orders based on skill and experience. Procure materials as needed for Maintenance Technicians. Physical strength and endurance is required to perform maintenance tasks. www.rfralinassociates.com www.rpfralininc.com
