Job Description
Commercial office building seeking a Maintenance Assistant worker. This position is responsible for safe, reliable operations at facility and on grounds. Regular duties include Conducting routine inspections of the building interior and grounds Assist with lawn care such as mowing, edging, etc... Assist with general grounds keeping such as raking leaves, removing small branches, maintaining the parking lot and walkways Reporting any maintenance issues to supervisor Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to work as a team or alone Hours 8am - 5pm Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer -
