About the Role Everything we do at RDS is guided by four priorities: Safety, Customer Service, Efficiency, and a Supportive and Accountable Work Environment. As a Maintenance Worker, you will help us live out those priorities every day, with the opportunity to grow into higher-level responsibilities as business needs allow. Skills involving customer service, mechanical aptitude, flagging/spotting, and heavy equipment operation, for example, can help as you move up the classification ladder. Full-time applicants preferred. RDS operates from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day.

Maintenance Worker duties may include:

Physical & Job Requirements:

Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings (vehicles, people, equipment) Valid driver's license required Preferred Qualifications (but not required) — applicants with the following may be given preference: Related work or customer service experience First Aid/CPR certification Following a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be subject to post-offer employment screenings, which may include a criminal background check, pre-employment drug test, verification of qualifications, and other lawful screenings, as applicable to the position.
