Job Description
We are looking for a part-time to full-time maintenance worker, to maintain and oversee three properties. Two group homes and a rental property. Job duties include building upkeep and repair. Grounds upkeep and snow removal/yard maintenance. Monthly fire drills and system testing. Flexible hours Monday-Friday. Must be able to perform various maintenance duties. For example drywall repair and painting, to minor plumbing and electrical repairs, and appliance installations and repair, and keeping buildings up to date on all Fire department requirements. Must have clear background and driving record. Must have good customer service skills. Feel free to contact me with any questions about this job opening.
