We are looking for Maintenance Specialists to join our clinics! This position performs a variety of duties at different clinic locations and the administrative office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to monitoring of fire safety equipment in above-mentioned buildings, minor facility repair, maintaining the facilities in a safe and reliable condition, maintaining equipment in a safe and reliable condition, assembly, and installation relocation of furniture. They ensure that all facilities, properties, and services functions operate effectively and efficiently; maintains schedule of building maintenance; processes facility maintenance requests from clinics and departments to ensure requests are completed in a timely fashion. Additional duties include interfacing with Clinic Managers, building contractors, pickup and delivery and any other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma plus 3 years experience or relevant combination of education and experience. We encourage anyone with a relevant combination of education and experience to apply.
