Maintenance Position for student housing, commercial, and single-family homes for large property management company
- All work is in Eau Claire
- Full-time/Part-time position
- Experience with maintenance and repair
- Basic knowledge of painting, maintenance, repairs, electrical and plumbing
- Quickly analyze and diagnose circumstances
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have reliable transportation, personal equipment, and tools
