• A valid driver's license in good standing is required for employment.
• ```Maintenance duties include but not limited to:```
• Perform various landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Prune and trim trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance.
• Mulch and edge landscape beds.
• Weeding and weed removal from planting beds.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools.
• Remove snow from walkways and driveways during winter months.

Qualifications:

```

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds keeping preferred.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
