Job Description
-General upkeep of both the interior and exterior building components.
- Provide basic repair to all equipment.
- Electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Learn BAS system controls.
- Preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Painting and associated repairs.
- Assisting with housekeeping and landscaping.
- Assist with fire system test, HVAC and boiler test.
- Completes work in a timely manner; works quickly.
- Follows instructions, responds to management direction.
- Other duties as assigned.
