Pay:

$14-$16/hour | Full-time, Monday-Friday We're looking for a hard worker to help keep our building and property clean, safe, and in good repair. You'll do a mix of yard work, cleaning, small repairs, and running parts to job sites for our crew. No experience needed — we'll train you. Do a good job here and you can move up. Show us you're good with your hands and handyman-type fixes, and there's a real path to becoming a Service Professional, with more pay and more responsibility. What you'll do Mow, trim, and take care of the lawn and landscaping Clean the building — sweep, mop, take out trash, clean bathrooms and break rooms Handle small repairs — patch drywall, paint, fix hardware, replace light bulbs and filters Rake leaves, spread mulch, and clear snow/ice when the seasons call for it Drive to pick up parts and drop off supplies at job sites (you'll need a valid driver's license for this) Keep the shop and tools organized Help out our field crew when needed What we need from you High school diploma or GED (required) A valid driver's license with a clean record (required — you'll be driving a company vehicle to run parts) Good attendance — show up on time, every day Able to work outside in all kinds of weather Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet, bending and climbing throughout the day Comfortable using basic hand and power tools A good attitude and willingness to learn Nice to have (not required) Experience with maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, or handyman work Experience with small engines (mowers, trimmers, etc.) Why work here Steady, full-time work all year — Monday to Friday, no weekends Paid time off and paid holidays On-the-job training Room to grow into a higher-paying Service Professional role Occasional overtime available Before you start You'll need to pass a background check, a drug test, and a driving record check.
