Full-Time, Salaried Exempt We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead second-shift maintenance operations within a highly automated manufacturing environment. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership and is responsible for equipment reliability, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, safety, and technician development. The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial maintenance background with experience in PLCs, robotics, VFDs, electrical and mechanical systems , along with previous experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians on assigned shift Prioritize maintenance activities, work orders, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot and support automated manufacturing equipment, PLCs, robotics, VFDs, and control systems Analyze equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to reduce recurring failures and downtime Support mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs Work closely with Production and Engineering to maximize equipment reliability, quality, and throughput Assist with modifications and improvements to equipment controls and manufacturing processes Maintain and improve preventive maintenance programs and maintenance records Develop equipment repair procedures, work instructions, and training materials Train technicians on equipment troubleshooting and repair Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with established safety procedures Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Drive 5S, housekeeping, cost reduction, and operational improvement activities Conduct employee performance evaluations, skills assessments, coaching, and development Assist with maintenance planning, resource allocation, and departmental budgeting Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in an automated manufacturing environment Previous maintenance leadership, lead, or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience troubleshooting and/or programming PLCs and VFDs Experience troubleshooting, teaching, or maintaining industrial robotics Experience with Yaskawa/Motoman and/or Robostar robotics highly desirable Experience with Omron PLCs and VFDs highly desirable Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC experience is also beneficial Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to train and develop maintenance technicians Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Technical degree in electrical, mechanical, electronics, industrial technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent industrial experience will be considered Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. What We're Looking For This position is best suited for a technically strong maintenance leader who is comfortable both leading people and working directly with automated equipment and controls . Candidates should be able to guide technicians through difficult equipment problems, support production during breakdowns, and help develop the team's technical capabilities.

Compensation:

$74,000-$105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
