Maintenance Director Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and appliances Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime Respond to resident and staff requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner Ensure all maintenance areas are clean, organized, and meet safety and regulatory standards Participate in safety inspections and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance efforts

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience in maintenance or related field (entry-level candidates welcome!)
