AL ABOUT THE ROLE A

key member of plant staff/leadership team whose responsibilities include helping determine improvementopportunities and setting achievable goals for the site while simultaneously leading efforts toward these goalsand improvements on a department level.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Visible leader and unwavering support for Amrize's safety, health, and environmental policies.

Ensure optimum operation of Plant Mechanical equipment to achieve company standard equipmentavailability

Lead in the development of mechanical maintenance plans and improvement programs

Ensure accessibility and put into practice the standard procedural installation of mechanical equipment

Monitor and track effectiveness of any repair and installation by using standard tools, avoidance ofrework, and document all procedural changes for future references

Leading on the implementation of Mechanical replacement capex

Managing workloads for mechanical personnel to ensure availability of manpower for outages andholidays

Leading the mechanical team and act appropriately on issues arising on mechanical maintenanceactivities

Provide input for yearly maintenance department budget based on target production volume andoperating times for mechanical equipment

Manage and control Mechanical Maintenance budgets related to Maintenance material, Wear parts,Labor Own and Third party Services Maintenance and alignment of priorities based on department andplant priorities

Performance Management of all mechanical maintenance team in consistent with Amrize values

Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety andenvironmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit thesebehaviors.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

Closely coordinates with Reliability Manager, Production coordinators for alignment of priorities andMechanical Maintenance Planning

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education:

Bachelor's degree or years of equivalent experience

Additional Education Preferred:

Master's degree

Field of Study Preferred:

Engineering, specifically Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering.

Required Work Experience:

5-10 years of combined management level and cement industry experience in a site leadership role.

Required Training/Certifications:

Required Technical Skills:

SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) , Microsoft Project Management

Travel Requirements:

Occasionally

Additional Requirements:

Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and communication (verbal andwritten) skills are required. Knowledge of maintenance planning with the ability to create and implementmaintenance and process systems. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approvedPersonal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicablelaw, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator sealmeets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
