About the Role As an Electrical Maintenance Lead, you will spearhead technical operations to ensure peak equipment reliability and operational uptime. You will provide hands-on technical guidance, troubleshoot complex electrical systems, and drive continuous improvement to optimize facility performance. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians to foster a culture of safety and technical excellence. Execute advanced troubleshooting and repairs on industrial electrical systems, including 480V circuits, PLC controllers, and servo motor drives. Design and refine preventive maintenance strategies to proactively mitigate equipment failure and production bottlenecks. Manage critical spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure rapid response to system disruptions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve overall plant efficiency. Maintain rigorous compliance with safety protocols and documentation standards to ensure a secure working environment. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or similar heavy manufacturing environments. Proven expertise in PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi) and high-voltage systems. Demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity. Strong proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic controls. Experience utilizing CMMS software to track work orders and equipment history. Preferred Skills Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology or Industrial Maintenance. Hands-on experience with welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven continuous improvement. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple technical priorities.
