As a Manager, Gas Maintenance, you will lead a skilled maintenance team responsible for keeping our combined cycle power plant operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. You'll drive maintenance strategy, outage execution, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement while partnering across the plant to deliver dependable power to the members and communities we serve. What You'll Do Lead reliability-centered maintenance, outage planning, and maintenance operations for plant equipment. Coach, develop, and support a high-performing maintenance team while fostering a strong safety culture. Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, contractors, and the CMMS to maximize equipment reliability. Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement solutions that improve long-term plant performance. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in a related field or eight years of combined cycle power plant experience, including five years leading maintenance personnel. Strong knowledge of combustion turbines, rotating equipment, predictive maintenance, and power plant mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Experience leading maintenance planning, outages, budgeting, and contractor management.
