BOE (Based on Experience) Position Overview Haven Health Cottonwood is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance and housekeeping teams. This leadership role ensures the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of our facility while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and experienced in both building maintenance and housekeeping operations, with a commitment to excellence in a healthcare setting. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee all maintenance and housekeeping operations to ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance Perform and supervise routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general repairs Manage housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control Fabricate, repair, and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, schedules, and preventive maintenance Conduct regular facility inspections and proactively resolve maintenance and housekeeping issues Collaborate with leadership and other department managers to prioritize and complete projects efficiently Respond promptly to maintenance and housekeeping requests with professionalism and excellent customer service Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repair, and housekeeping activities, including safety checks and compliance documentation Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure professional development and operational excellence Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance and housekeeping management (healthcare or residential experience preferred) Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions Fluency in English Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards Successful background check and drug screening TB clearance (post-hire) Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Ability to commute to Cottonwood, AZ 86326 About Us Haven Health Cottonwood is an 80-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the scenic Verde Valley.
