Job Summary We're looking for a reliable, experienced Landscape Maintenance Field Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture, along with proven leadership skills. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks while overseeing the work of team members to ensure high-quality results. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation system management. Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in landscaping, tree care, gardening, and maintenance techniques. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are maintained in good working condition. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping practices. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems, and horticulture principles. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical labor. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
