Service Manager Scott Humphrey Corporation - 3.0 Azusa, CA Job Details Full-time $70,000 - $120,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Attention to detail Organizational skills Refrigeration Process management Air conditioning Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced Service / Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume commercial service and facilities program. This position will manage the process from initial work order intake and dispatch through field completion, documentation, invoicing, and final client closeout. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, comfortable managing a large volume of work orders, and experienced working with national retail, restaurant, grocery, or other multi-site commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete lifecycle of commercial service calls, including intake, triage, scheduling, dispatch, field coordination, closeout, and billing. Respond quickly to new service requests and coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and field personnel to meet customer deadlines and SLA requirements. Manage work orders through ServiceChannel, Corrigo, or similar facilities management/work order platforms . Ensure all required check-ins, check-outs, notes, photos, proposals, approvals, and documentation are completed accurately and on time. Develop daily and weekly schedules for technicians and field personnel while balancing response times, workload, and productivity. Monitor open work orders and proactively follow up on delayed, incomplete, or aging calls. Coordinate with clients, facilities managers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal operations teams to keep projects moving. Review completed work orders for accuracy and completeness before submitting invoices. Help ensure invoices include the correct documentation, labor, materials, purchase orders, and NTE information. Maintain accurate records and visibility into the status of all active service calls. Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for national account customers. Identify recurring operational issues and develop processes to improve service response, documentation, billing, and customer satisfaction. Create and maintain standardized procedures for dispatch, escalation, work order management, portal compliance, and billing. Communicate potential delays or issues to customers proactively and professionally. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience managing commercial service, facilities maintenance, dispatch, or field service operations . Hands-on experience with ServiceChannel, Corrigo, or comparable CMMS/work order management platforms . Experience supporting national or multi-location commercial accounts, particularly retail, grocery, restaurant, or similar environments. Strong understanding of commercial building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general building repairs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous work orders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, particularly with documentation, work orders, and billing. Ability to prioritize urgent service issues and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable communicating directly with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and field management.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
