• What You'll Do + Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians supporting daily manufacturing operations. + Oversee troubleshooting and repairs involving
• mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment
• . + Assist technicians with diagnosing equipment failures and developing effective repair solutions. + Coordinate installation, fabrication, dismantling, assembly, and modification of industrial machinery. + Oversee building, facility, and grounds maintenance activities. + Partner with Purchasing to maintain appropriate
• spare parts and maintenance inventory

•. + Support plant safety initiatives and ensure maintenance activities comply with company policies and safety requirements. + Review production schedules and allocate maintenance resources to support production needs. + Interpret technical documents, schematics, and equipment documentation to assign work and troubleshoot issues. + Make adjustments to maintenance procedures and priorities to meet production deadlines. + Identify opportunities to improve
