Our janitorial staff is the backbone of the "Club Pride" everyone shares for the facility where they work. Experience in cleaning and making repairs is preferred, but we are willing to train people who are passionate about keeping our facilities beautifully maintained! There are both full and part time positions available and room for advancement depending on your skills and ambition. All Club Pride staff members are given a complimentary club membership. ```Duties```

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Deep clean and detail all mens and womens showers, bathroom stalls, steam/sauna rooms and jacuzzies
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors in locker rooms
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or janitorial work preferred
• Knowledge of industrial and commercial cleaning techniques and equipment
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
