Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor shop technicians Diagnose and repair Class 8 tractors and trailers Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance (PM) Perform DOT inspections and ensure compliance Coordinate breakdowns and roadside repairs Manage parts inventory and vendor relationships Track maintenance costs and equipment reliability Perform quality control on completed repairs
Qualifications:
5+ years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience Leadership or Lead Technician experience preferred Strong diagnostic skills on diesel engines, air brakes, and electrical systems Experience with Cummins INSITE, JPRO, DDDL, or similar diagnostic software CDL Class A preferred Able to work in a outdoor environment ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in a fast-paced shop environment Paid holidays and vacation Medical Income Allowance after 90 days Retirement benefits after one year Uniforms and ongoing training Career advancement opportunities If you're a skilled diesel technician looking to lead a professional maintenance team with a growing transportation company, we'd like to hear from you.
