Job Description

Maintenance Manager We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving equipment reliability, improving manufacturing processes, and managing engineering and maintenance teams across multiple production shifts and supervise a team of about 20. Responsibilities Lead manufacturing engineering and maintenance operations across multiple shifts. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime. Improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and production efficiency. Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and facility equipment. Ensure compliance with AS9100, OSHA, and all safety and quality standards. Partner with Production, Quality, and R D to support operational goals and continuous improvement. Manage vendors, contractors, maintenance budgets, inventory, and capital projects. Develop KPIs, reduce downtime, and drive cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 7-10 years of manufacturing engineering and/or maintenance experience. 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering or maintenance teams. Experience with heavy manufacturing equipment, lathes, milling machines, industrial furnaces, and maintenance systems. Strong knowledge of AS9100, Cal-OSHA, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement. Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
