This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who understands the pace of food and beverage production and can drive uptime, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across a high-volume manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Manager will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving maintenance systems, supporting capital projects, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, GMP, HACCP, SQF, sanitation, environmental, and quality standards. This is a strong opportunity for a maintenance professional who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and partnering closely with operations leadership. This role offers a collaborative plant environment with supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on production performance, maintenance culture, and long-term equipment reliability. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, train, and develop maintenance technicians and supervisors while promoting safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Plan, prioritize, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for production equipment, packaging systems, utilities, boilers, compressors, and facility infrastructure. Monitor equipment performance, downtime trends, recurring failures, and maintenance KPIs to improve reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and eliminate chronic equipment issues. Provide technical troubleshooting support for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, controls, and PLC-related issues. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, contractors, equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and capital improvement projects. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, GMP, HACCP, SQF, food safety, sanitation, quality, and environmental requirements.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:

$90,000 to $120,000 per year.
