And we will be better with If you are an experienced maintenance leader who enjoys solving complex equipment challenges, leading teams, and bringing improvement projects from concept through completion, our Field Maintenance Manager offers the opportunity to make a direct impact in an agricultural operations environment. You will lead maintenance activities for the Livingston Field operation while supporting facility improvements, capital projects, preventative maintenance, and seasonal harvesting operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, technical expertise, project leadership, and continuous improvement. What you'll do: Lead and develop the maintenance team, including assigning daily responsibilities, coordinating schedules, reviewing timekeeping, and supporting employee development. Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities to keep equipment, facilities, and agricultural operations operating safely and reliably throughout the year. Coordinate maintenance resources, work orders, parts, vendors, and service agreements while maintaining appropriate inventory and operating budgets. Lead assigned capital and improvement projects from planning and procurement through construction, equipment installation, startup, and completion. Coordinate with engineering, construction, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure projects meet established timelines, budgets, quality standards, and operational requirements. Monitor maintenance and project performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate priorities, risks, delays, and budget concerns to leadership. Provide technical coaching and training to maintenance, field, and business unit employees while supporting safe and effective equipment operation. What you'll bring: Experience leading maintenance teams in an agricultural, industrial, food manufacturing, or heavy equipment environment. Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical power transmission, electrical systems, equipment troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance practices. Experience managing capital projects, including coordination of engineering, construction, procurement, installation, and startup activities. An associate degree in maintenance, mechanical, engineering technology, industrial technology, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Several years of combined maintenance management and project management experience, preferably within food manufacturing, agricultural operations, or a similar environment. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, vendors, contractors, and business leaders. A valid driver's license and ability to obtain any required agricultural hazardous materials transportation endorsement.
